Simi Kia Service

The service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. My car got washed, and the service advisor brought me a bottle of water while I waited. I also got a ride to work by a friendly driver.

Try First Kia Service, great job!

I like how Robyn tries to do my work order in a way that saves me money. I was using a mailer coupon but wanted to add synthetic oil as part of my service. She put the items on separate and saved me a few dollars. Nice. And I always get great service from the Simi Valley staff.

Great experience

Michael and Derrick were extremely professional. I went and originally saw Derrick and he was very patient in answering my questions and taking me on a test drive in a couple cars. He was not pushy, as I made it very clear that I was not ready to buy that day. I then came back over the weekend and saw Michael who was extremely professional and efficient in getting the deal done.

Great service, no pressure!

Chuck was a great salesman. He was polite and not pushy. He made sure to tell us all of our options without pressuring us at all. He was quick and efficient and honored our time when it was time for the application process. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.
