The service was fast and the car was finished on time as promised. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee and doughnuts in the lounge were good, too.

Excellent Service
I have loved First Kia since I first owned a Sedona years back. Then I bought another make of car, so I didn't go there. When I now bought my Sorrento, one of the things that made me buy it was knowing how amazing the service dept was at First Kia!

Great service
I absolutely love Robyn and Debbie in the service department. They are amazingly friendly but never overbearing. They always have everything handled, and are incredibly efficient. In a time where customer service seems sorely lacking, it is a welcome relief to have people like Robyn and Debbie providing an incredible service.

The experience was very calm; I did not feel pressured; Sid helped me to try and find a local accessible installer in Simi (couldn't find one). I came in knowing what I wanted; just needed to know if the vehicle could accommodate a wheelchair lift and to make the deal...best car buying experience I've ever had!

Excellent service from Robyn Evans and Debbie. Car was checked in quickly. Service was completed when promised. I was contacted upon completion of service. Car was washed. Payment and checkout was processed quickly and car was released to me shortly after.
