Fast, friendly, clean.
I was a drop in for an oil change where I expected to wait at least a few hours. The service waitig room was quiet and coffee was available. Instead, the service dept. took me into the day s service queue. The actual job was done in a mere 45 minutes instead. And that was including the wait from other customers. Salem KIA: Fast, clean, friendly.

Great Service
Salesperson, Ira Cohan picked a great car to show me with all the items I wanted in a car. The financing Dept. did their part, the time I spent in the office was great. Friendly , Informative and off I want in a New car, a very Happy owner of A KIA Soul!

Great service
It was awesome. Quick. Hassle free. The waiting area is amazing and he popcorn, the popcorn was delicious. The staff is friendly not pushy like most dealerships.

The service dept was very helpful. Jason (I believe that was his name) went out of his way. We were in a bind as something broke on our way through town. His excellent service made sure that it wasn't a bad experience.

The salesperson was exceptional. He explained the features of the vehicle in detail he was considerate and was never pushy. He was able to finish the deal in a very timely fashion. The finance department was also exceptional.

Great Service
Called in the morning for service and there was time available in the afternoon. Score! Car was ready in a little over half an hour, washed and vacuumed. We were given a coupon for a discounted next oil change if we booked online. What's not to like?

Employees are courteous and personable. They anticipate client's needs for updates on services being performed. The dealership works to get things done in a timely manner.
