It was very bad service, they left me waiting 7 months for a spare part and they never updated me if it would arrive or not

My sales associate was Kyle, he was super friendly and efficient with my purchase. By the end of the sale we were making jokes like we were friends lol. Everyone there is equally as great, my first dealership purchase (prior was Carvana) and it went better than I thought it would! 👍🏼

Auto Service Repairs

Not enough help to service customers in a timely manner when appointment scheduled for a specific time. No phone call after I agreed to have repairs done. I had to call for a status. No courtesy vehicle while vehicle being repaired for an out of state customer.

Service Dept Negativity being spoken by a younger and

Service Dept Negativity being spoken by a younger and older female behind the counter on a constant basis has to be problematic for a good work environment - we as customers do not want to listen to it while waiting to check or check vehicles in for service - whoever the manager is they need to get control as this ie each time I am there!

Fast and timely with all the required issues.

Fast and timely with all the required issues. I thought my battery was going bad, they tested it and told me it was fine, which I really appreciated. They could have just sold me a new one, but they were honest. I really appreciate their service and honesty. 2 things that are rare these days, i am sad to say. Very highly recommended.

I made an appointment for service arrived a few minutes

I made an appointment for service arrived a few minutes early. I was told that they would not be able to do the service today. I asked to speak to the manager the service writer went and explained to him what I needed. Service manager had someone do the service. I explained to the service writer that I had the Ford Maintenance agreement and wanted everything done according to the agreement. My truck was returned up front with only an oil change. The box was checked the wiper fluid was added after checking it was almost empty. Nothing else was preformed per maintenance agreement. My service writer was the best. He went and got wiper fluid and installed, he checked to see if they even changed the oil filter. He was trying to make up for a sub par service department. This is the second time and last time I will go to auto Nation for anything. I now have to work out with Ford where I can go and have my service done correctly.
