My family is a Ford family- my husband works for Ford

My family is a Ford family- my husband works for Ford Credit and our vehicles are all Ford fleet so we deal exclusively with dealerships for all our service. I can hands down say that AutoNation has given us the best service in 24 years of having Ford vehicles. My teenage daughter damaged my tire on Friday night at 11pm. The next Morning they got me in and not only replaced that tire but communicated with Ford fleet to replace the others that were due to be replaced. I couldn’t believe they got all of it done that day and quickly. Grateful to have a great Ford dealership with wonderful service in our new hometown.

Vehicle was repaired in promised time frame.

Vehicle was repaired in promised time frame. Service Advisor was excellent. Ride was provided to home after drop off. Very nice feature.

Horrible customer service after the sale!!!

Worst customer service after the sale. I have owned my car for 2 1/2 years now. My tint started bubbling over a year ago in the back window and both rear windows. First it took several weeks to get the information that the tint had a 3/30 warranty. So I would have until this coming September to get it fixed. Then after trying to contact the GM Robert Forgea, it took another few weeks to get a reply that did not even answer my question. My question was since I live so far from the dealer could I have the tint fixed close to me and they work out paying for it with the company I advised them of. The only reply I got once again was to let them know when I could bring the car to the dealer and basically wait the entire day at the dealership. The person that tinted all of their new vehicles back in 2020 is not even the same person that does it now so I am not sure where the problem is. Anyway, my main issue is that overall it took a few months to even get that far. Now they want to by my car back for much more than I owe because they are in such need of used cars. I still just want my tint fixed.

Had a very hard time getting ahold of the service center,

Had a very hard time getting ahold of the service center, and so do the other departments at the dealership. Got my car back the first time I went here with an unbalanced tired… and when I attempted to reschedule no one would answer their phones. The second time I went I had to hound down my service advisor via other units to get updates on my car since they wouldn’t answer their phones or emails.

Great costumer care for service

Had a great experience with service. I?m traveling and did not buy vehicle from them. Was able to get vehicle in to check my check engine light. Had to leave overnight because of need to order part. They shuttled me from dealership to campground and then picked me up and brought me back. Everyone was very friendly, they even brought to my attention another concern that would need attention in the near future and gave me information on a shop to help me with it at my next destination.

Sean Namin was amazing.

Sean Namin was amazing. Was very knowledgable, friendly, and encouraging without being pushy or annoying. My least favorite thing about car dealerships is when dealers try to upsell you and make it seem like some cars are worthless. Sean asked what exactly we wanted and showed us that, without trying to push us to look at other cars because he knew we were set on something specific. Todd in finance was friendly and explained the signing process clearly and efficiently. Autonation ford, we'll see you again soon!
