Went to pick my truck up and waited 30 minutes to be checked out. My service advisor was to busy but another advisor was wonderful enough to check me out. 2 days later I noticed the security key for my rims was not put back in my truck so I called and left a message and nothing. Not happy with whole experience.

Best buying experience
My experience was great, I was looking for a bronco, I understand supplies are limited, they had one coming in and were able to work with me over the phone, text me pictures and information about it, everything I needed to make a decision without seeing it person. Once it came in I got a text from sales rep with a picture of it being unloaded from the factory. Then again the next day as it was being inspected and detailed. I drove 4-5 hours to them and the paperwork process was simple, friendly atmosphere. Can?t say enough good things about Milani, best car buying experience yet!

I like to arrive early and wait for basic service and my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation plus safety check went very well. Work was completed timely and courteously and I was on my way within 90 minutes of arrival. I am a sales rep who depends on my car and AutoNation Ford has been a great partner in keeping me on the road safely.

This is the final straw in my disgust for Auto Nation
This is the final straw in my disgust for Auto Nation Service Department. I brought my truck in for service on the AC system knowing exactly what was wrong. I knew the hours required, the details etc. The service department came in with an estimate over $2500 at 11.5 hours of labor. This was way over what I knew what was required. With this they insisted on charging me $156.46 telling me what was wrong (which I knew) and no consideration of lower that. We have been buying 4 at of the last 5 cars from this dealership and were treated like nothing by the guy checking us out. We ended up using someone else who charged us for 5 hours of labor, used Genuine Ford Parts for under $1400. They even showed us what they replaced and what they replaced with, including a part AutoNation didn't even know needed fixing. Can't imagine what that would have added to the bill. My history with the service department has been mixed, but two other occasions when they damaged my tire after working on the brakes, (They blamed me), tires are not cheap - and even worse was when they gave me an estimate many years ago for a loud noise in my SUV, gave an estimate of $1500, I declined, took it to a local repair shop for oil change, they were irritated by the noise and fixed it with an $8 part. No Labor. Good luck Auto Nation, you have lost a 20 year plus customer. It's a shame your ego's are getting the best of your treatment of customers. I guess ignorant customers will still use you. I will give credit to Ashley for trying to help, she was kind, seemed caring, and was very nice. The guy who checked us out was condescending and demeaning.

Unfortunately they didn’t do the 50 point inspection
Unfortunately they didn’t do the 50 point inspection throughly missing 10% of the things on the inspection. The sales person Jerroll was not the best at communication which caused problems. When buying the vehicle at 3pm on a Wednesday there were no mechanics on duty to do the repairs making me have to return another day. When setting up the appointment for repairs they set it up for a time the advisor was not in yet. On top of that they triple booked cars for the alignment rack at the same time having me there for 5 hrs.
