The dealership is fine and the staff is friendly. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. As I drove home, I noticed a huge improvement. My car was drifting to the right and was very annoying. As I drove home, I noticed it was still drifting to the right, just not as much. I thought it was in my head, but as I drove it on the Interstate, the car was still drifting slightly. This drift has nothing to do with the crown in the road. It's 85% better but after paying $152.84 with tax, I believe it should be 100%.

The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10

The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10 minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. When I brought the car in Susan Gunnell was the Rep I worked with she was excellent, informative and very positive. She should be promoted!
