People were nice and the service waiting room was clean
People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. This was not true as my service was not able to completed because they did not have the parts, and I am still waiting to hear when they can repair the recall on my vehicle.

Service Staff is shorthanded these days.
Service Staff is shorthanded these days. It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and 3 recalls done but back ordered parts for the recall meant they couldn’t complete the service. I just needed to know if I wasn’t going to have my car after day two. No call until I started upping my attitude. Service itself was fine.

The Service associate was a pleasure to work with.
The Service associate was a pleasure to work with. She was kind and very outgoing. The department was very busy and she informed me up front that the wait might be a while, since I was waiting on my vehicle. I knew it would be and let her know it was ok. The wait was a lot shorter than expected and they had me out of there a lot sooner than I anticipated.

STILL WAITING
Some seem to be very friendly and very helpful, at the same time my wife and I feel put to the side. When we bought our car one of the selling points was having honest and out front salesman who promised things which still has not been addressed and until it has been done as was promised. We are not happy campers. The other key we are told we will receive tomorrow. We will see if the forth try works.
