Took truck in for 100,000 service and brake inspection.
Took truck in for 100,000 service and brake inspection. Service was performed promptly but the center was unable to service the brakes due to not having the proper equipment, which requires me to make an additional appointment at another time, and another place whenever I can get off of work again.

Excellent customer service
I've been to this dealership numerous times for routine service. I've always had a good experience at the service department. They do quality work and the buildings are all very clean. My service advisor. Ashley, is the best in the business and was very helpful in getting my car serviced. I plan to use this dealership for many years.

Worst Customer Service Ever!
Had my truck 3 days to diagnose CEL and fix brake lights. When I picked it up the brake lights still didn?t work and had to wait while the technician looked at it again. Had to call the general manager in order to get the service advisor to call me with an update on the progress. Will never go back there. Potential customers beware!
