We've always had a great experience at Autonation, so, while having oil change on our Escape, I looked at a larger vehicle. And, although we couldn't get the deal worked out this time, we'll certainly be back to see them later this year.

Great all around experience for getting an oil change on
Great all around experience for getting an oil change on my F150. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Nice lobby/waiting area. Friendly staff.

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. Had my truck for 3 days to diagnose CEL and fix brake lights. Had to eventually call the GM just to get a callback from service advisor for update. When I picked up the truck I asked assistant to help me check the brake lights. Still weren’t working. Two more times back to the tech while I waited to finally get them working. Unbelievable. Apparently they do not have a service manager and the customer service shows. Will never go back there. Customers beware! Find another dealer if you must have your car fixed by one.

The call to the general manger resolved nothing in my opinion. He didn’t even know why I was calling (didn’t read the review). The extent of the resolution was “ thanks for letting me know”. Not real confident that anything will change there. And I was charged over $300 for a diagnostic and brake light repair. Very disappointing. If I need Ford dealer service I will be going to St. Augustine.
Vehicle Service
I had the opportunity to use Auto Nation Ford on Philips Hwy for a routine service and a recall. It was a great experience and the service advisor and teams were awesome. In and out as promised and waiting in customer lounge was great.
