Length of time to finalize the deal seemed long, but we had delt with another dealer earlier that morning and were a little frustrated. Phillip Reynolds was a good sport. Helped set up the app. and gave me his card for future reference.

The service was great, and the service advisor was friendly and provided excellent service!!! the work was completed in just a few hours, and I received a shuttle ride home, and was offered to have the truck delivered to my house!!!! I purchased a used vehicle on 11/24/24.
I purchased a used vehicle on 11/24/24. The negotiation went well enough that I was able to leave my trade-in and drive away with my purchased vehicle.. I was ‘owed’ a new windshield. The windshield was finally installed on 2/14/25. I could never get any viable information on why it was taking so long to get the windshield until 2/10/25 when I was advised the windshield had arrived and could be installed on 2/14/25. Even when I arrived at the dealership there were delays. Hence the bad rating that I would not recommend the dealership to anyone else.

Found a unicorn of a car with my son- met the GM Justin and salesman JR just tire kicking the following weekend I called Justin and explained everything to him told him what to tell FMC and what interest rate and warranty I wanted- an hour later he called back with exactly what I asked for and picked the car up 4 hours later- excellent experience- only thing I wish they had was the SPOC program and docusign-
