Worked on transmission until till it was working correctly. Was setting almost a week before they were able to look at it.

I can only rate the service department.

I can only rate the service department. I would not recommend them as I brought my truck for a battery issue. 7.5 hours later I finally got my truck back! They did the extended battery check and 3.5 hours later I got a text and approved the battery replacement. 1.5 hours later, I was told they had to run another check because it was warranty work. Finally 1.5 hours, totally 7.5, I got my truck with a new battery!

I would not purchase a vehicle online from this

I would not purchase a vehicle online from this dealership. Truck had 2 cracks in the windshield and the headlights are scratched. Electrical cover for trailer connections is broken, multiple paint chips were not disclosed. They had full payment for over 2 weeks but did not have the paperwork ready when we arrived. I called before we arrived to verify if I needed to bring a transit plate and they said no they would put on a 20 day temporary plate. We arrived and they did not know what to do about the plate. Sent us home with a dealer plate that we have to mail back. We are 30 monutes away from our local post office. I have purchased vehicles from out of state before and had a great experiences. I would have requested the windshield be replaced had I known its condition. Do not rely on salesman's "honest opinion" of the condition of the vechile. Make sure you see it and throughly inspect it in person before negotiating. I would not purchase a vehicle here again.

I was five minutes early for my service check and they

I was five minutes early for my service check and they signed my vehicle right in. They greeted me with a smile and said they would take care of me. I have to say that they went beyond what I expected. Super pleased.
