Ellen was fantastic, she helped me with everything I

Ellen was fantastic, she helped me with everything I needed to get looked at with my truck. She was nice and very helpful. She gave me all the updates as the truck was getting worked on and that was very helpful. When I picked up my truck she made sure everything was in order and good to go. The experience was great I appreciated her and love going there.

I drove to Pensacola on a weekend to help my daughter buy

I drove to Pensacola on a weekend to help my daughter buy a truck. She just got stationed in Pensacola FL. After searching all day on a Saturday we settled on a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 with a little over 82,000 miles. This was at World Ford in Pensacola FL. I was reluctant to get this as I did not want my daughter to get a truck with so many miles on it. Our salesman MATT assured me that the dealership does thorough certified inspections on all vehicles before putting them on the lot to sale. We got the truck. Less than a week later my daughter called and told me her brakes were squeaking. I drove back down and drove the truck myself. Not only were the brakes squeaking but you could feel the grinding under your foot when you hit the brake pedal. I had her take it PepBoys on base. Rear brakes near metal on metal, front brake pads getting low. This was a truck that just passed a thorough certified inspection? I just bought a used truck in February from a different dealer and was given a report on the brakes, battery, and tires. I sent MATT the paperwork from PepBoys. He told me he took to the paperwork to RICKY and the only response I was given was that PepBoys tends to upcharge customers. Instead of trying to make it right they chalked it up to PepBoys being the in the wrong. It wasn’t the first time they bashed another company as I was told by MATT that Sandy Sansing dealerships are a bunch of snakes in the grass while we were there looking to buy. I can’t speak for everyone but mine and my daughters experience was not good. While trying to buy we kept being passed back and forth between people trying to finalize the deal. I guess maybe since we were not buying a brand new expensive vehicle, they made us feel like we didn’t matter. Almost like we were an inconvenience. My 19 year old daughter driving a truck with bad brakes doesn’t exactly make a dad feel like his daughter is safe driving it and the dealership could have cared less because they got it off the lot right. To say the least I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.

On other platforms I provided pictures with same review. One of which includes all information on the vehicle and customer info. It’s absurd to respond with you can’t find any customer info. The truck was bought literally 2 weeks ago. Please don’t respond with a generic response. That further shows your lack of compassion and professionalism in this matter. I have left you a voicemail and email with my contact info.
