Arrived 8:30 am for my 8:45 appointment to check on a recall for windshield on my 3 month old Explorer. Also requested help with a front tire that had gone flat. I chose to wait because the valet service that was offered to me on Friday suddenly became unavailable for Monday. I was told that recalls do not get started until 10:00. OK, they could work on the tire. Why they had me arrive that early for appointment I have no idea. My service rep was Brian and he assured me all would be handled ASAP. Brian spoke to me in the lounge and told me he was going to lunch. When he returned he asked if I was sure I didn?t want a ride anywhere? Just not home. I went to a nearby shopping center for an hour and returned. By that time, I received a text saying the recall didn?t affect my car. However, my windshield wipers (front and back) were worn out. On a new car and I haven?t even used the back wiper. Also, the text said I needed a new tire. I texted back and approved. I misunderstood the wiper situation on the cost. I feel this service is questionable and it was $60+. I asked Brian how much longer around 3:00 and he said they were working on it. OK. At 4:15 +/- he came out to the lounge again to tell me car was being ?expedited?. I don?t know what expedited means at World Ford. All I do know is I barely got out of there by 5:00 pm. After being expedited. Funny thing is, hours prior I asked if I could just leave it and retrieve it the next day. That was not an option. Eight hours of waiting really messed up my day. I felt like there was no consideration for my time. I hope management can learn from this and do better. I went to a tire dealer this morning because the pressures were not equal on my dash. I was told that the tires were all over inflated and the new one was not filled up the same as the other three. The tire store took care of fixing the pressures to the Explorer recommended amount. I felt again that I wasn?t treated like a valued customer.

Very good professional experience. Dropped off on time and ready as prescribed. Oil was changed and diagnostics was good. Chris took checked me in and communicated the whole process.
