The staff was very friendly efficient!

The staff was very friendly efficient! My vehicle was done in a timely manner & I had a lot of maintenance work done. The quality of work was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

I got an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Bronco. It was done quicker than the expected time which was appreciated! I will be back for my next one.

Arrived at 10:07am for a 10:15 appointment for a simple

Arrived at 10:07am for a 10:15 appointment for a simple oil/filter change, told staff I was going to wait in the lobby until it’s done, and finally got my vehicle back at 2pm. I texted my rep at 12:18pm with no response. I went back into the shop to check on the status and they said the oil change hadn’t started yet. I went back again an hour later and still nothing. I asked them to just bring me my vehicle, and it never showed up, Then they said they started the oil change and I finally received the truck just before 2pm. No one seemed to know what was going on, and it shouldn’t take almost 4hrs to do an oil change with an appointment. My rep apologized for the delay & stated there would be a discount but there wasn’t. I still paid over $70 on a $59 oil change quote. To make anyone wait for almost 4hrs for this and charge them at all, when it’s a scheduled appointment, didn’t seem right.

I recently had an oil/filter change, tire rotation and balance performed at World Ford of Pensacola. The appointment scheduling through the Ford Pass App was easy to use. Check-in process was smooth, I utilized their very nice and large customer service lounge while they service my car. The service advisor Tim was professional and took the time to go through the repair services performed. I highly recommend World Ford of Pensacola!
