I was greeted immediately by Sara and she explained what would be done and walked me to the service waiting area. Sara texted her number and said to contact her anytime if I had questions. She let me know when my car was ready as promised. The service technician sent a video of him checking my vehicle as it was done and let me know that there were no areas of concern. That is a very valuable service to customers waiting for status. I appreciate the effort made by World Ford Pensacola to get and keep me returning. I definitely will return for my next scheduled maintenance. The waiting area had comfortable seating and was quiet enough if anyone had work to accomplish. Snacks and drinks were available for purchase and some provided by World Ford.

Very accommodating.
Very accommodating. I am in town visiting a sick friend and have to return to Texas in two days. They were quick to complete repairs and return my truck in one day.

Ford makes vehicles with great features and that are fun to drive. However, they have a reputation for being the recall king. Good thing is this dealership has an excellent service center with great people in it. Makes getting through these issues easy.
