Rico is amazing.

Rico is amazing. He drove the vehicle to our home. He made the buying process easy and was very easy to work with. I left Cd in my old car and he mailed it to me.

Stoped by world ford just to look, Stephan found me in the parking lot. I knew what I wanted , but wasn’t sure if I’d find it or not. He made sure to grab keys so I could look at the very few different options they had in the model/sub model I was looking for. He explained everything in great detail, I really was not planning on buying a car that same day, but he really went to bat for me and made sure I got the best deal possible! I didn’t feel pressured into anything and I drove away very happy with my brand new car!!

We went to World Ford to look at new Ford Explorers.

We went to World Ford to look at new Ford Explorers. I had done some research and knew what I wanted as well as what I didn?t want. I wanted either a blue or white car, either a 25 or 26. They had both colors in a 2025 model. Earl was great. He was accommodating but not pushy at all. He has a nice personality and was very easy to work with Kyle in the business office was very efficient and professional, but warm and seems to enjoy his job The bottom line is I drove off in a new car?with all the bells and whistles I wanted.

Very happy with the way World Ford treats me and my car, I have had routine maintenance done and they have made it easy and pleasant. I like having one person assigned to me- and Brian did a great job.

Timothy was absolutely great.

Timothy was absolutely great. The actual service team was slow, however Timothy did several update for me to keep me in the loop and speed the servicing people up.
