Great experience

The buying process was a breeze and a great experience overall. Even though the type of car I wanted I had a lot of questions and Ahmed (Salesperson) was very patient and knowledgeable and answer each and every question I had even after I took the car home. He also followed-up via text a couple times after the purchase to make sure everything was working good. I’m very happy with the service we received.

Infiniti Sawgrass breaks the South Florida status quo.

Infiniti Sawgrass breaks the South Florida status quo. They actually deliver exceptional customer care. Having moved from the Midwest, I have come to accept that smiles and courtesy are unknown and strange features in customer care in this part of the country. Sawgrass Infiniti has greatly surprised me. Troy and Danny, at different times have addressed my service needs timely, professionally and I strongly recommend them and this dealership, if you are also a transplant to South Florida or if you are local and want a break from the usual rude and careless service.

I purchased a used vehicle from them and though they were

I purchased a used vehicle from them and though they were quite nice while I purchased the vehicle, they dropped the ball with their follow up. I have waited for more than a month to receive the fourth (Range Rover) mat to my car, though I requested it on the day of the purchase. I have followed up at least 3 times speaking to the sales person as well as the Sales Manager regarding this issue. As I explained, no one purchases a vehicle to have any aspect of the purchase lacking. In addition to this concern, they advertised a $500 gas card as a promo (which is still being advertised on the site), though the Sales Manager, Phil, told me my purchase did not qualify. When I asked the criterion for the disqualification, there was no reason given. I asked was there someone I could speak to regarding this discrepancy and Mr. Sherlock assured me there was no one that would honor my request. I have attempted to speak with the general manager as well as the after care consultant—to no avail. The lack of care after my purchase leaves me unhappy and frustrated with the service provided by the dealership.
