The service contact James Palmer, I dealt with was impatient and rude. When I asked him a questions, he became agitated and impatient. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I would not recommend this dealership. The sales manager and general manager relied on high-pressure tactics, were condescending, and made it seem like they were doing us a favor by selling a vehicle. While the salesperson and finance manager were courteous and helpful, that professionalism ended quickly. Less than three weeks after purchase, the vehicle is already in the shop. The service staff have been just as unprofessional and dismissive as the sales leadership. If you are a professional looking for an ethical, respectful, and customer-focused team, this is absolutely not the place to go. High-pressure sales, deceptive practices, and poor service make this a dealership I will never do business with again.
