It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 - 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience.
Today, over 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW. Providing state-of-the-art support for BMW drivers is the natural culmination of The BMW Store's passion for the marque.

From start to finish this was an exceptional car buying experience. They were very straight forward and up front with their numbers regarding my trade-in... and their costs. I shopped the other BMW dealership in Cincinnati and felt somewhat let down. They were overly aggressive and somewhat demeaning as if I had put them out by not buying a car day one. The sales rep actually somewhat jokingly told me thanks for wasting his time when I changed my mind about going for a convertible to a sedan. He also insinuated that my husband would be making the decision for me because I guess in his world females don't get to do that sort of thing. So going to the THE BMW STORE (yes stress on the THE in the great state of OHIO) was a breath of fresh air. I was treated with respect and no one asked me if my husband was going to cosign (LOL). The GM Ric Koresky is simply one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Their finance guy Conor is wonderful, quick an efficient. My salesman Chuck Weiner was so accommodating and thoughtful and respectful and never once treated me like I was less because I was a female buying a very nice car. Matt is the tech guru and the only thing that moves faster then the techie stuff in my car is his brain, I think. There were so many other people that helped and answered questions that I really should eb thanking them all. They all work together very well. They are thoughtful and generous and so nice and so very fair. I think this may be the beginning of a very long relationship between myself, my family and THE BMW Store of Cincinnati.
I had an extremely positive experience working with Paul in finding my 1st BMW. Car buying is a big decision and Paul treated it that way. He was extremely... responsive to my questions and allowed me to take my time to do my research. Paul was very flexible in finding a time for me to test drive a car at their location, and stayed in touch without being overbearing throughout my decision making process. I had been working with other dealerships of BMWs and other brands and no one was better to work with than Paul. He answered my questions and built a strong level of trust. Once a deal was made, picking up the car was a breeze. I felt taken care of by the entire staff there and Susan was a big help in learning some details about the technology. Thanks to all there and I look forward to driving this BMW more and more!
An overall smooth process. We had done a fair amount of research ahead of time. We appreciate that Paul was efficient with our time, ordered all the... features that we wanted and that the vehicle was delivered in line with the 60 day estimate given. The actual delivery of the vehicle within our family was a surprise and we appreciate Paul and Susan's sensitivity to that in setting up electronics and the suggestion to borrow a red bow. We appreciate the personal touch.
