It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 - 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience.
Today, over 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW. Providing state-of-the-art support for BMW drivers is the natural culmination of The BMW Store's passion for the marque.

This is the sixth vehicle I have either leased or purchased. Paul is always on top of it and one of the prime reasons I return to BMW Store. An added... feature is Susan who helps with the tech. Even an experienced guy with BMW products like me value this given all the new tech now available. Special shout out to Tim Gabbard who is the best in the service area. Since he has been promoted, Rodney is the guy and equally strong.
Went in test drove. love it financed it , drove away in it I am very pleased and satisfied. Julian Lambert was my sales person he took very good care... of me .
From start to finish this was an exceptional car buying experience. They were very straight forward and up front with their numbers regarding my trade-in... and their costs. I shopped the other BMW dealership in Cincinnati and felt somewhat let down. They were overly aggressive and somewhat demeaning as if I had put them out by not buying a car day one. The sales rep actually somewhat jokingly told me thanks for wasting his time when I changed my mind about going for a convertible to a sedan. He also insinuated that my husband would be making the decision for me because I guess in his world females don't get to do that sort of thing. So going to the THE BMW STORE (yes stress on the THE in the great state of OHIO) was a breath of fresh air. I was treated with respect and no one asked me if my husband was going to cosign (LOL). The GM Ric Koresky is simply one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Their finance guy Conor is wonderful, quick an efficient. My salesman Chuck Weiner was so accommodating and thoughtful and respectful and never once treated me like I was less because I was a female buying a very nice car. Matt is the tech guru and the only thing that moves faster then the techie stuff in my car is his brain, I think. There were so many other people that helped and answered questions that I really should eb thanking them all. They all work together very well. They are thoughtful and generous and so nice and so very fair. I think this may be the beginning of a very long relationship between myself, my family and THE BMW Store of Cincinnati.
Paul made my experience at The BMW Store seamless and enjoyable. I never feel pressured into a vehicle that isn't right for me. Susan was wonderful in... explaining my vehicles technology without it feeling overwhelming. I would recommend Paul and Susan to anyone interested in a BMW!
Paul K really knows the products. He was professional and delivered as promised. Stayed late to complete the deal. Susan was a real plus with the technology... issues. A solid team.
Paul did a great job finding a replacement vehicle for expiring lease, a 3-series previously used as a loaner to hold down lease costs. He also went the... extra mile to have people in detailing "rub out" a mark on the car being turned in to avoid being hit with lease-end vehicle damage charge. I always dread having to turn in a leased vehicle after having gotten used to it during the past 3 years, but Susan was very helpful with explaining different features on the new vehicle. Katelyn made lease-end inspection very easy. Eric got us in and out of there quickly, making paperwork painless. I am keeping fingers crossed that making the first payment in late October will be equally easy with the BMW financing department. In the past we have needed a "contract number" to set up electronic payments, but nowhere in the lease paperwork does a contract number appear and in the past it has been challenging to get the contract number from BMW finance. Hopefully, it will be shown on the October invoice ...
Easy and enjoyable - words not usually associated with the car buying experience. But that is exactly how I would describe my experience working with... Dean and the rest of the associates at The BMW Store. I would absolutely recommend this dealership above any others!

Paul worked very hard to ensure that I got the car I wanted - a process that ended up in building my car. He helped in a pinch when I needed my existing... lease extended a couple of times while we waited for the car to be shipped. My visits and conversations with Paul have always been enjoyable as well; I highly recommend talking to Paul if you're interested in a BMW!
