Audi Naples has provided excellent service and advice to us for many years. We were very satisfies with our dealings with Gerosky Sainvil and with the sales manager whose name I did not get. Gerosky was first in touch with me because my lease was near its end and we had to make a decision about what would be our next vehicle. We wanted a Q5 hybrid similar to our last car. He found us one which fits our needs perfectly. We are quite happy with the sales negotiations and the end results. Thank y9ou

Took my car in for a recall, which was fixed, as well as

Took my car in for a recall, which was fixed, as well as some needed maintenance. Andrew was excellent. Helped me make decisions, clearly described the repairs needed and was polite and communicative. I happened to mention to him that I liked my car, I would never buy another Audi because of one very annoying feature (the key did not always open my locked door, if the key was in my purse). He showed me how to fix the problem, even though I took the car in two other times for help and nothing worked. Very impressed with Andrew.

The Audi Insurance Policy, sold by Audi after the new car

The Audi Insurance Policy, sold by Audi after the new car warranty expires is a frustrating experience fraught with a failure to deliver and wasted time. Case in point, I brought my R8 in when the rear hatch would not operate properly. The cost was reimbursed. A short time later, the rear hatch woukd not open. I brought the car back to Audi. Your rep, confirmed I had just had the hatch repaired. Long story short, the hatch needed a part that failed. Bottom line, the insurance company denied coverage ( it was sold to me ($12,000.00 24 MO?s) as bumper to bumper coverage). Fact is, every time the car is in for a reason, the Audi sold policy requires an independent inspector to validate the efficacy of the need for the repair. In my most recent case the inspector denied coverage. BTW, in order to put oil in the engine, I was to either get the repair or every time you need oil, the rear tire must be removed so a mechanic (technician) can access a release on the rear hatch. I was advised that the process would be very costly. So I paid (a reduced amount) $ 1400.00, to repair the rear hatch. Caveat Emptor regarding anyone considering buying such a policy!

We completely understand how disappointing it can be when a repair is not approved by the warranty provider. It is important to mention that over the course of your ownership, a significant amount of work has already been approved and completed under this policy. In fact, the total amount of repairs covered by the warranty to date is approximately equal to the original purchase price of the policy itself. We have always worked closely with the warranty administrator and their inspectors to ensure claims are properly documented and submitted on your behalf. That said, we always want our clients to feel supported, and if there is anything further we can do to explain the response of the warranty provider please let us know.
