G and the Audi team made our new car lease experience seamless including turning in our previous non-audi lease. He explained the entire process. He also explained all the car features thoroughly. It was a pleasurable experience.

I have purchased many cars over the last 50 years and Naples Audi the best by far. From the manager to my sales person Gerosky to the financial person Colin, to the master technologist Chuck everyone was superb. Even the donuts were terrific. Gerosky Sainvil at Audi Naples has been exceptional to work with. He went the extra mile from the very beginning. He communicated the way I preferred without pressuring me to come in. He listened to what was important to me, and sent thorough videos of the vehicles I was interested in. He was very professional and not annoyed at all with my thousand questions, and communicated quickly to give me all of the answers I was looking for. To be honest Audi wasn’t even our first choice…but it was such a great experience especially compared to multiple other dealerships that I was exploring with, so we made the decision to buy through Gerosky. Georsky and manager Mike Schutt gave us a great deal which we are grateful for. We actually love our Q5 very much and we are highly considering buying another through this team at Audi again shortly.
