Had a recall for my Expedition.

Had a recall for my Expedition. Was advised by Andrae Wright that the actual inspection to verify if the recall actually applied to my vehicle would take an hour. I was also told to expect that 1/2 of a day to get around to it. If parts were necessary more time or another trip. I called about 4:30 and 'how about that!" It not only had it been inspected, but they had parts in stock. Al Packer had been waiting for Ford Corp to verify the safety side paperwork. NICE Work guys. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. My experience at this dealership was frustrating and disappointing, Communication was poor, and I felt like the transparency was lacking throughout the process. I would avoid this ford dealer

I wish I can give them -10 stars.

I wish I can give them -10 stars. The manager is a joke and the service is also a joke. I took my Explorer for a recall and it took me 5 times of taking it in so they would approve it. After they so mcalled repair it my front end started to make a clunck everytime I would turn my wheels. I took it back and they told me it was my struts on a vehicle that had 32000 miles. They wanted to charge me $1800 to do the job, so I did it myself for a fraction of that, but the noise was still there. I took it back serveral more times until finally they fixed it. I was told by the mechanic that they left my transmission loose. Think about how dangerous that is. Of coarse the manager would not tell me that they left it loose to cover themselves. So the struts that I changed out was for no reason and I had to eat up that cost. The problem is that the mechanics get paid per job, the faster they work the more money they make. So when you take it in, its all done in a hurry. Think about how much money people spend on extended warranties that really are not worth you and your family relying on the safety of these fast mechanics. I know I will never buy or service my vehicles with Al Packer ford West. Don't get me wrong Don Patel is a great salesman to buy from if you are going to buy a car there. Its just most of the management are not there for the customer.

After an unpleasant experience with a Lake Worth Ford

After an unpleasant experience with a Lake Worth Ford Dealership (they wrecked my SUV on their property), I decided to take my next repair to Al Packer West. I delt with Mr. Luis, Rosado, a service advisor, who was helpful. Gotta give both him and the mechanic 5 stars. Runs well, no start up clatter from the VVT, no dents and no bent frame. Thanks all, I will return again when I need your service.

After an unpleasant experience with a Lake Worth Ford Dealership (they wrecked my SUV on their property), I decided to take my next repair to Al Packer West. Just when you thought carvana was the worst.

They need to add an option for half star or no star. I bought a truck from here and had it shipped to northern Florida. The whole process was a nightmare. Very poor communication, very slow at what they do, but that's not why I'm posting this. I am posting here today because on arrival of my truck, that they claimed had a 120 point inspection, was dropped off with a snapped off antenna, zip tied driver seat, sticker rear window, driver door that won't close, broken grill, blown shocks, busted cv axle, and literally the rear bumper falling off, I have pictures and videos. I told the general manager Tracey I would not accept the vehicle unless he agreed to pay for the bumper and grill at the least. He agreed to write a check for what the body shop said it would cost. I have this in email. I sent him the invoice from the shop and he said the check was on the way, that was over a month ago, I again spoke with him last week, he said he was shipping it out that day, I just spoke with somone else now because I can't get anyone in management on the phone and they are once again telling me the check is going in the mail tomorrow. They just keep giving me the run around, ALSO the standard warranty they claim comes with every vehicle, doesn't even exist, I tried to get them to cover the cv axle and they said you have to purchase a Warranty, that there is no warranty that comes with the vehicle....AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF I still am yet to get my copies of any and all paperwork, Tom in accounting has also been dodging our calls, wont even return a messege. you'd literally think you bought a stolen car. It's sad I have to post on here because noone in the store will get Mr packer on the phone for me. Or just send me the check that was promised and let me be on my way.

We bought a Ford F450 2023 at Al Packer Ford and we wanted to build our credit with Ford.com . Al Packer Ford decided to sell our contract to a Financial Bank since they pay more then Ford.com. Tom at the Finance Department was the worst . he didn't know what he was doing and it took 5 hours to prepare the papers.

Discriminating group of xxxxxx.

Very rude eople in service. They do not like to be corrected. They seem to be xxxxxx. It alll starts with the Manager and this guy is condescending vengeful and incompetent. As a Lincoln owner for 40 years i have never had such horrible service and will never do business with these fools and i will make it my mission to save others from this group of zealots. I am spreading the word to whoever will listen and will be posting these reviews on every site available.

I urge you to walk up to the Service Department BEFORE

I urge you to walk up to the Service Department BEFORE buying any vehicle from this Dealership and ask "any service advisors" that your vehicle just light up the check engine light and you need to get repaired right away because its the ONLY transportation you have it and the service advisor its going to tell you Sorry we can't see your vehicle for 3 weeks would you like to make an appointment? 3 weeks from now? this dealership IT'S a total Joke!!!!!! 3 weeks to get a vehicle in to see what's wrong with is unacceptable. I asked to Speak with the service manager and he told me too bad you're welcome to take to ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. I called a different ford dealer at 10th Ave one in Lake Worth and was told to bring it to be serviced right away and was asked if I need to be towed. really Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach its by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with!!! 0 Customer Service.............
