Over the years I have purchased 3 SUV from Walker and at that time my service need were satisfied by Walker. Foe the last 10 years plus I have stayed in the Ford family via Lincoln. Now that Lincoln has moved out of the Clearwater area, I have decided that going back to Waler for my vehicle service needs. after all, the computer systems are basically the same. In the past several years I have noticed a lot of Ford dealers (not locally) have merged with Lincoln. It would be nice to see Walker do this. At this time I cannot complete the survey because it has been several years since I have done any business with Walker Ford. The exception to this is I have made arrangements with Don Mast for a June 1st for service to my AC .

Tyler was great from beginning to end.
Tyler was great from beginning to end. Despite the issues of limitation of obtaining the transmission right away he was able to maintain consistent communication with us and even tried to negotiate with another dealer once he saw one in stock to get it to us. All in all great experience.
