I contacted this dealership about purchasing a vehicle. Was told vehicle was being held for me to come purchase today by Carmen Guidry. The truck has been sold because Carmen isn’t a real person. It is AI. Now I am without a vehicle. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Not only am I stuck with no vehicle but they have replaced a human job and the ai cannot do the job effectively. Shame on you lamarche ford I will definitely spread the word about you.

We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. A 2023 to 2025 with less than 50k miles. Colors and options are negotiable. We drove 3 hours to see a Navigator that this dealership said they had. When we called to make sure it was still available, the sales xxxxxx we got literally said it's not here and said it would be there Monday and hung up on us. There were 3 or 4 of the Navigators they supposedly had that we would have purchased, but we specifically asked about the one we were most interested in first. 60,000 dollar purchase blown up because your sales people are xxxxxxxx.

Our Visit to this dealership was a very good experience Mgr. Dwayne Bolden and sales person Shellah Cadano was incredibly helpful and friendly. No-pressure, honest, and truly cared about our needs for the right vehicle. Facility was pleasant clean and welcoming. Will be returning for our next vehicle soon.

By far the Best place I have ever purchased a vehicle. Our sales person David was great. He worked hard to make sure I had a great experience. The other people I encountered worked hard to make sure we were getting the best deals possible. Two days to a great dealership with awesome people highly recommend this Ford dealership.

Do not purchase a used car from them. I wish I would have read the reviews from other people and their issues with used cars. I expected some minor issues with buying an older model vehicle. But within months of purchase, have had to replace brakes, computer module, alternator, battery and timing belt. Almost $3,000 in repairs and likely still not done. I understand some minor repairs and replacements, but with so many so soon, really think a lot of these issues were known and not disclosed. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Don't take my word, read others experience with used vehicles from Lamarque. Many instances very similar to time. Check many different reviews on many different pages.

Thank you to Lamarque Ford for hooking me up with a beautiful 60th anniversary mustang in the exclusive Wimbledon white! Ms. Jenny was awesome with helping me pick out the mustang. I definitely recommend seeing her if you are looking for a new vehicle. They have this wonderful man Mr. Jason with finance that made the whole finance process so easy and smooth. Last but not least I would like to thank Mr. David in parts who happens to be my pops lol He lead me in the right path and got me 2 awesome coworkers to help me out.

Bought a used car. Already had to replace alternator, battery, brakes and timing belt. Also conveniently discovered a potential oil leak. I expected some issues with an older car, but all these issues within months of purchase is a little concerning. Would not recommend and will definitely never buy from them again.

Some of the numbers were confusing to me. I didn't like the signing process. It was done on my phone. Print to small. And I'm used to seeing the figures before I sign. But after it was explained to me I'm happy.
