Buying a car can be hassle free.
The purchase of our new second hand car was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and by their efficiency. No one tried to sell us services, upgrades or cars different from the one we wanted and it took us quite some time to complete the purchase because of the mountain of paperwork one has to deal with buying a vehicle. The car was not ready when at the moment of the purchase as there was some work to be done, but the repairs were done in a timely fashion and Mr. Fife, the gentleman who took care of us,, went the extra mile to help us out delivering it to us.

The people at the dealership were very friendly and professional. Brian did a great job. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and not overbearing. The credit manager did a great job and made it very painless. Got more for my trade than i would have ever thought. You cant go wrong at MINI of The Woodlands.

Avoid this dealership
I hate this place. I bought my new Mini on 5/3/21 and have regretted buying it from them since then. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade-in, which intern resulted in me having to make a payment on that car or have a go against my credit. At the time of purchase, we requested the extended warranties to be taken off the paperwork and we were told by the finance manager that BMW would not allow him to take it off but not to worry that we could cancel it later and be reimbursed. And since that day I have been calling Mini of the Woodlands, AutoNation, Safeguard, and Mini finance to remove these warranties and have my account credited back almost $7000. I cannot get any help from anyone. Mini finance has stated they need to receive payment from the dealership. My car buying experience here sucks. The only good thing about this dealership is my salesperson Aaron. It’s a shame I hate my brand new 2022 Mini because of this headache/experience. Two other dealerships in Houston sell minis, I recommend you try those two first. Buyers beware!
