2021 mini

Overall I would not buy here again. The car I got had been a loaner and even though I asked about smokers using the car the reply was no it was not. Yet a few days later once the fragrance wore off it smelled badly of smoke it took me a few treatments and day of open windows to improve it. It June 10th and waiting for my plates called yesterday and was told not available called today and was told they?ve had them since May 20 When I went to buy it they would not take my USAA loan without putting a hold on it so I Gad to apply with them for a loan if I wanted the car sooner. I have bought 5 cars with USAA loan and this Gad never happened

Great place to buy a car and service

So far I have not haven't had any bad experience here at mini cooper of the Woodlands from buying my very first mini cooper last year to having my very first service done on my mini cooper to the small tire issue and alignment that I had with all the potholes that we have in the Houston area with all the major rain storms we have had lately

Happy dog, happy life!

Dustin was great in helping me get the car that my dog Jaxx chose signed, sealed and delivered to San Francisco, far from its point of origin. He made the buying process easy and convenient. Consider this a testament to AutoNation's used car exchange program.

Not impressed at all.

During this process, I was not updated one time by my service advisor. The repairs took over a week and a loner was not offered, instead I had to call and ask.

Prices are normal, the service was done properly. Usually they provide me a thorough diagnostic, but it as not done this time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. They knew I had a scheduled appointment to purchase a car coming from out of state and they sold it when I was about 3 miles from the dealership. No follow up whatsoever, even after I called to speak with the GM. All I got was a text saying sorry...

Excellent Service

I brought my Mini in for a seatbelt problem and a problem with some of the lighting. The repairs were done right and were done quickly. Throughout the process, my service advisor, Francis, kept me informed and updated. Thanks to all, and especially Francis, for a job well done.
