They were very helpful and gave me the deal I was looking for. I was in and out in under an hour. Everyone was friendly and treated me like I was a vip. They have a great staff there. I will definitely be back

Not very professional lack of knowledge of what the Truck

Not very professional lack of knowledge of what the Truck was brought in for for its recall, smart comments about what recalls do we have now had no idea exactly when when Repair would be finished when recall clearly stated it should only take one hour to complete recall Booked truck appointment a day in advance to try and work with my work schedule called late afternoon following day still did not know where Truck was as far as being finished. Made smart comment to my wife for the reason you haven?t heard anything is because we have your husband?s phone number. Wife told him my husband is sitting right here with me and has not been text or called. seems like every time I?ve brought my truck there lack of quality and care about their product nor about the customer not a good look for Rick. We have bought multiple multiple vehicles from Rick Hendrick. This is probably one of the worst stores he has on the market.

They did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem. It was an unusual problem but they figured it out and made the repair. The appointment process was easy.

I purchased my ram 2500 from this dealership a year ago.

I purchased my ram 2500 from this dealership a year ago. Came in today because my windshield wipers stopped working. I was charged $200 diagnostic fee. It was my tge wiper motor . The tech said $1000 to repair... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I asked the service member could I speak to the tech ..he refused.. of course I said put it back together. I then took it to another dealership on the same road and got it replaced for $350.. I dont know what that is was at chrysler dodge on savannah highway but they have to do better than that GEEZ.. I literally could have put it in myself unloosen a few bolts but I was in a hurry after the diagnostic . Omg RIDICULOUS!!!
