Service

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Other than being there for 90 minutes service personnel were very couretous and and professional.

RMercado Review

Phil Tysinger was honest, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Never tried to push the deal. He sat and showed me the functions of the new truck, and he paired my phone before I left the lot. Great job!

Great Team

They are competitive, not pushy, and honest in their dealings. Their people are not just good at their work but are also good people. Try them, You will very likely like them.

Great dealership experience

I really appreciate the fact that Bill Utter Ford continues to be a family owned dealership and it shows. My new F150 is the third vehicle I have purchased from Bill Utter. Alan Grubbs was my salesperson on all three transactions and has been responsive to my inquiries and based on my research, provided me with excellent pricing on our vehicles with no haggling and direct answers to any questions. Denise Wolf in the Accessories department is quick to arrange loaner vehicles and aftermarket accessories at convenient times, and Toronto Spikes in finance was just a nice guy to deal with in general and made the process fast and efficient. I've been very happy with our Ford vehicles, and it's nice to have a dealership that is fair and honest to do business with.

Great experience.

Corey Cuellar was our salesperson and he was great. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Took the time to answer and work thru every question we had (and there we many). Never felt pressured one way or the other. Very happy with our experience as whole.

Bill Utter is an honest dealer

it is never fun to need damage repair but it is necessary at least Bill Utters makes you feel like it is done right even though there are places that could do it for less

Amazing experience

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Great attention to details
