Car buying that's fun again!

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Cory Cuellar in the purchase of our new Mustang. From the day he found us debating over which new pony to buy until we drove it off the lot there was no high pressure sales. He had patience and was helpful throughout the process and continues to work with us today to get some extra things for the car. It was a great experience!

Did not perform the primary repair?

I took the truck in to fix an issue with the HVAC where the passenger side constantly blows cold air. It was at the 100,000 mile mark so I also had a ton of other stuff done: rotate tires, oil change. (2) warranty/recalls, fix sun roof, etc...and a bunch of other stuff that came to around $700. I was going out of town for two weeks so no rush. I also paid $130 to have a detail done on the truck Detail was great, service was great up to that point but as I was leaving I tested the HVAC, still broken - and its VERY easy to test. Clearly they either didn't fix it or didn't check it - not sure which is worse...the issue is it calls all of the other non-verifiable stuff into question... I did not have time to come back that day and my advisor said she would call me to set up the repair and give me a loaner that I will need now...pain in the butt...and it hasn't happened yet.

Always great service

We use out trucks for business. Bill Utter understands that and always works with us to keep moving. Very few times has the problem not been fixed right the first time.

satisfied customer

Service dept had great follow up, was friendly, and had fair pricing, Corina was terrific. The problem was located quickly and repaired within a couple of days. i was satisfied with service.

Quick and easy

The location is very convenient for us and it helps that there are awesome people working there that's always friendly and willing to help. We always see Dillon and will definitely recommend him and Bill Utter Ford.

Service advisor John I had was awesome, started working on my Truck as soon as I arrived. Got new tires and alignment, truck rides as smooth as when I bought it.

Service

Horrible customer service. Listened to service reps mock customers. Long long wait times. Mix up on truck service. Never ever going there again. Need to learn customer service

Could not have asked for a better experience

The only dealership in North Texas to do business is Bill Utter Ford. Phil has repeat customers spanning over generations, because he is as honest with you as he would be with his own friends and family. Every experience I have had here has been outstanding, with every single employee I have dealt with going above and beyond. This is the opposite of your big corporate ran sleezy company feel, this is a true run family business that goes above and beyond for everyone that walks through those doors. I have and will continue to recommend Bill Utter Ford to everyone I know!

Enjoyable, comfortable, Phil was great

Because everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. Phil especially was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Toronto was very quick and accurate with the paperwork.
