Excellent service, job done on time

It is always very pleasant to deal with Danny Morris. He is very knowledgeable and keeps his promise. He always give me good advice so my car stays in good shape. The service director Randy Owen and manager John Witt will always great me ask if I need anything to make me be comfortable as waiting for my car. Very well job done! I am giving them 10 stars ?? ??????????????????

Oil change

So slow very slow really slow. Could be the slowest i’ve Ever seen. Only a oil change. Really slow. Did you ump the oil from the ground. Did I mention you guys are slow

Mike Rodriquez is awesome

This dealership and especially Mike was so easy to work with. I was a little picky about what I wanted and Mike really went above and beyond to find the exact match for me. He was so professional and courteous and I didn’t feel pressured at all with his easy going and friendly approach. Will definately be spreading the word about this dealership and Mike.

I love this dealership!

Great Service

Great service, knowledgably and polite service department personnel. Our F-150 was in for 100K service. The service manager checked the previous maintenance records and determined that some items were recently performed, saving a little cost. Our Focus was in for its yearly maintenance check, every thing was checked filled, etc, giving me peace of mind when my wife is driving the car. Bill Utter Ford the only service department that we used to maintain our vehicles..

Excellent Courteouan Professional Services highly satisfied

Danny Morris is my service representative he's always courteous listens to my service request and give me cost estimates and estimated time of completion he keep me informed doing the service repair and promptly contact me when the job is completed. My buying experience

I phave urchased two vehicles in less than two moths. Cory Cuellar is the salesman I dealt with. I am very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and his professionalism. Denise Wolfe was very helpful in the accessories department. In the finance department, Mike Lewis and Kenneth Carter were very informative and well prepared. I have purchased three vehicles from Bill Utter Ford in the past six years and will return in the future as the need for a new vehicle arises. Thank to all the staff involved for making my buying experience pleasurable.

Exceptional service

Had a transmission issue with a recently purchased F150. Even though the truck was not purchased there, I was treated like a VIP. In and out quickly, and estimated cost was right on.

Excellent Experience

We purchased my son a car from this dealership. We worked with Phil Tysinger. Everything went very smooth. He was not pushy and made us feel very comfortable with the process. I recommend speaking with Phil if you shop at this dealership. Mike Lewis worked with us on the financing. Again, this was an easy process. I highly recommend these two guys to help you with your car buying needs.
