I leased a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium from Bill Utter October 1, 2018. This experience was so easy and positive because of our salesperson Michael Rodriguez. Mike went the extra mile to get the vehicle in that I wanted. He totally worked with me to get all the bells and whistles with as little work for me as possible.

Great to work with.
I had a mishap with my truck and broke off the door handle. I needed it fixed because I was leaving town. I called and explained the situation, sent photos of the broken part, they ordered it, Got me in a fixed. I really appreciate the effort taken to make sure I did not have to leave my work truck in the shop while waiting for parts.

Long wait today!
I will definitely try to make an appointment next time I come on a Sat. Always have good service but 3 hrs is too long for waiting!

Service theft
Sent my truck in for air conditioning service. Went to pick it up and they said it needed over a thousand dollars in brake repair and that it could not be driven. I had it towed to brakes plus and they fixed it for $401 including the tow. It took two weeks for Bill Utter to figure out they did not know how to repair a brake line. I had to call other dealerships for Bill Utter to realize it could be repaired. If they would have had it their way I would have sold them my truck for way less than it was worth and financed a new truck.

Dissatisfied
If it is this difficult to get something small and not major to be repaired or even covered by the extended warranty that I purchased, bud how hard or difficult will it be to get something major repaired or replaced the service guys were not the issue it was the lack of resolution to my truck, it took 5 trips and 4 replacement APIM units and an amp and nothing seemed to fix it so they said it was because of the aftermarket speakers in the ft doors that is the issue and as I explained to the Customer Service person Shelly I had already swapped the front speakers wit the back ones and the trouble did not follow. which means that the there is nothing wrong with the front or rear speakers because the front pair when moved to the back, worked and as you would suspect when the back were moved to the front they in turn did not, So it is an issue with the equipment that Ford stocked in the truck but since the speakers were replaced due to the front ones not working (that's right the OE speakers in the front did not work so I had them replaced with an aftermarket) they worked for about 3 months and they stopped working right after the original APIM quit working and rebooted itself twice. I have always been a Ford man for like 35years, but now I don't know if I will eve buy a newer vehicle again...cannot get them worked on and always seems to be the consumers fault and the crazy thing is I paid a big sticker to be treated like this...not again, FORD will have to do something profound to win my business back.
