Nice employees
Called to buy replacement cartridge for 2014 spare tire inflater (no spare in Shelby) The only cartridge for sale was already two years old with an 18 month shelf life left. I said no thanks but please order me a new one. Told by a guy he wouldn’t do it and I would have to buy old one first to help hud inventory. Went to SAM Pack. Got new one and wife decided to not buy Utter Explorer and bought 2018 at SAM Pack too.

Worth the drive!
I got the best vehicle I've ever owned from the best dealership I've ever worked with. They spent the time to listen to what I wanted and what I could afford. They lead me straight to 3 options that would work, and I drove off the lot the same day with a fantastic deal. Financing was easy. There was no hassle or negotiation on trade-in value. This was such a fantastic experience, and I love my new truck! I will be a repeat customer.

The process was extremely easy at Bill Utter Ford, and they were also helpful in understanding what I was looking for, and showed the vehicle that matched my needs. The whole process was not long drawn out. If I were in the market for another vehicle, they would be my first stop!

Great prompt, efficient professional service
Had oil change, The Works, and cabin air filter changed. Danny kept me up to date as to how long it would take. I waited for the work to be done. It's just a pleasant experience getting service work done with Danny. He always informs what possible situations might pop up and offers his professional advice, which I gladly heed. He's the best. NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND GOT IT...
Just needed an oil change and got what I needed without too much fuss. Thank you. I like the idea of getting a tire rotation and other critical points checked at oil change intervals. It helps keep up my confidence when I use this vehicle for long trips.
