The process began from the web funnel to the chat
The process began from the web funnel to the chat features and Brittany was excellent. She was responsive and pointed us to the trucks that fit our parameters. We moved to sales with Phil and received terrific attention and consideration concerning our trade-in and down payment; test drive; inspection or proposed truck and recall discussion; loan options for remaining balance due; car fax review; credit scoring and remaining questions. The final step of closing the loan was as Phil had proposed and went seamlessly. I was grateful the final loan contact pointed out there was no penalty for pre-payment as I had forgotten to ask that key question. The title and license plates are in process and we were set on our way in the new truck (detailed and I selected as promised). I was very satisfied with end to end process and look forward to using the service department to keep it running strong.
