I was blown away by the service and professionalism from Kyle at Infinity of Thousand Oaks. I flew in from San Francisco because they had the make and model that I wanted, and Kyle picked me up at LAX and drove us to the dealership. He was courteous and polite at all times - I never felt pressured or "sold". He and the finance/paperwork guy made the whole process easy and quick. Can't recommend them enough!

Was looking at the QX60, and Edwin Alas from Thousand Oaks Infiniti,was the salesperson assisting me. Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicle. I was looking for a particular color, and a few days later I got a call from Edwin saying the QX60 that I was looking for just came in! Went to look, was exactly what I was looking for! Everyone there was very friendly, from Finance managers,(Christian, Rob), salesperson Edwin! Overall experience was pleasant! Talk about service, I was having issues linking up my garage door, and I text Edwin, thinking he might suggest something, he came to the house on his day off, and linked up the garage door, and asked if I had any other questions about the car! Told me to call him, if I have any questions!!! Awesome guy! Awesome service! Never had this type of service from any car that we have purchased in the past!

I loved Westlake Infinity Dealership! I ran over something and was worried about the possibility of damage to the car, They checked everything out and found out my car was just scrapped on the bottom but ok! Then they washed my car and I drove off happy!!
