Always a pleasure to work for so many years with everyone at Infiniti T.O. from the internet sales department Dennis O'Brian to Julio service department and everyone else there. The only challenges for a year and an half is your Infiniti Finance department who gave me 3 months APPROVED I repeat 3 months deferrals/postponement approved by Infiniti Finance during the pandemics and reported me as late???? Why???? I'm so tired and so exhausted to keep calling and disputing this erroneous information and that you messed up my credit reports when finally they removed 2 of the 3 of the wrong reports to the credit bureaus ??? what is that ? this is not right i purchased so many cars from Infiniti for my whole family? to be treated that way, the only reason I'm still buying your product is for the fantastic services of everyone at your dealership in Thousand Oaks. Extremely pleased with the dealership Very disappointing with Infiniti Financing department Aaron Sebagh

David assisted me with my trade-in, and Cristian with my financing. Everyone that I met throughout the process cared that I didn't feel pressured, answered all of my questions and were extremely informative. I know that a lot of behind the scenes activity goes on during these transactions. Therefore, I would like to express my appreciation to everyone that was involved in mine, all the way up to the highest management personnel. I bought my first Infinti here in 2007, my beloved G35! I’m now on my 3rd Infiniti and have serviced every single one of them here, driving a round trip of almost 100 miles from the San Gabriel Valley because the service and the people are that great. Every part of the service process is explained, I’m kept apprised of the time, the rep always discusses items needing immediate attention, items that can wait for next service appointment, and big ticket items to keep in mind. This information is so helpful and I’ve never had this level of service at any other dealership. And each team member, from cashier to maintenance, is helpful and courteous every time.

The experience was top notch! I called for a car on Friday night, Edwin got me the all the paperwork and had all the signing done, so when I got there on Saturday to get my car, it was all taken care of. Thank you Edwin and Joe for all your help with getting me the QX60 I wanted!
