This is my second purchase for Kirby.

This is my second purchase for Kirby. I drove from 68 miles to work with them again. Before driving up, Eric Oland went over all my trade-in options - we drove several of the 2024 Solterras. Eric spent over 3 hours patiently explaining the features of the editions and prepping the SOLTERRA, limited that we ultimately leased. As before #Best Dealership Experience Ever! James U

Great buying experience at Kirby Subaru!

Great buying experience at Kirby Subaru! After a really “unsavory” experience in Thousand Oaks, I did a fair amount of research about some local dealers. One name came up several times in positive reviews: Dale Hicks. Dale took time to show us several different options, answer all our questions, test drive everything we wanted and ultimately facilitated a smooth sale. I’d easily rank it as the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Working with Dale was great - but so was working with Adam in finance. We left the lot with a brand car we love and feel good about every part of the purchase! I’m happy to say, I’d recommend these folks to family and friends.

Francisco is the best in the biz!

Francisco is the best in the biz! Had such a great experience with him walking me through the whole lease process. He was very honest, sincere, helpful, and empathetic and made sure I understood all components of the process, my new lease, and my new car. If you go into Kirby Subaru, ask for Francisco! Best experience I’ve had with getting a car. The whole team at Kirby was really helpful and I’d definitely go here again. 2 years of service/24k miles are also covered and I’m looking forward to taking my car in for this because the location has an on site dog park. Pretty great!!

I recently bought two cars from Kirby Ventura on separate

I recently bought two cars from Kirby Ventura on separate occasions, and I can't say enough great things about them. This was my second sales experience with them, and once again, they went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. It's rare to find a dealership that offers you a $25 gas card just to show you the features of your new car. The entire team treats you like family and genuinely cares about your experience. Even when there was an issue with my previous purchase, they took the initiative to address it without any prompting from me. It's truly remarkable to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for their mistakes. I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Subaru of Ventura. Their sales team is exceptional, and it's evident that they were handpicked by their sales manager. They never pressure their customers and always consider every option, whether you're interested in buying a Subaru or from any other car dealership. What sets them apart is that they're confident enough in their product to recommend checking out other dealerships. And they're right - their product truly speaks for itself. The customer service I received was so exceptional that I would recommend anyone to travel thousands of miles just to experience it for themselves. I can't wait to go back for my first oil change and enjoy that top-notch service all over again!

My husband and I decided to buy a new to us car and began the search. After several REALLY disappointing encounters with other dealerships I was fortunate to have Dale Hicks answer the phone when I called Kirby Subaru in Ventura about a car I found online. Dale was so helpful and informative. The car wasn’t ready for the lot yet, it was being detailed and inspected still. It took about a week for it to be ready to purchase and he kept us apprised of its status and called us as soon as it was ready. We drove the hour to Kirby and purchased the car and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dale took an incredible amount of time to explain all the electronics on our Forester Touring. We transitioned from a stone age 2000 Outback to a modern electronic wonder and were a little shell shocked! We’re now loyal Dale Hicks and Kirby Subaru customers!
