I'd been thinking about buying a pickup. I was in the Grants area on September 17, 2025. I decided to drive through the lot and just peek at what was available on the lot. Mr. Ed Montoya came up to my car and asked if I was interested in a vehicle and if he could show me any vehicle. He took me on test drives, and I fell in love with a Ford Ranger. If Mr. Montoya had not approached me in the lot, I would have driven off and I'd still be only dreaming of owning a pick up. Mr. Montoya is very knowledgeable and takes the time to teach.

The service department is terrible my transmission went out and being under lifetime warranty they said they would put a new one and they did but must have done something wrong cause after programing it now it has shifting problems, I call to check on it alot of time no answer and when they say they'll call to update they never do im paying for a car I can't drive they have had it for 4 months now and its put a burden on us cause my wife uses it for work

I had my 2020 Ford escape in for service and was so impressed that they went over and above to the degree of fixing all the recalls which I didnt even ask for! The service department was first rate! Well done Mario! I had been thinking of trading in my 2020 Titanium escape for a 2024. The service dept. quality made this decision easy. My sales person Faye was awesome! And the financing was very easy! I would recommend this dealership as a 5 star!!
