I had my 2020 Ford escape in for service and was so

I had my 2020 Ford escape in for service and was so impressed that they went over and above to the degree of fixing all the recalls which I didnt even ask for! The service department was first rate! Well done Mario! I had been thinking of trading in my 2020 Titanium escape for a 2024. The service dept. quality made this decision easy. My sales person Faye was awesome! And the financing was very easy! I would recommend this dealership as a 5 star!!

Bait and switch

was told they had a f250 superduty for sale which is still for sale on the website as of today, they used their automated system to set up an appointment but I also spoke with someone there and she confirmed that i had reviewed the window sticker and asked for my trade in info so I thought it was legit. Wrong I drive 70 miles and no one knew I was coming in until we spoke the the showroom Manager. They went as far as to have me come in on Saturday but couldn't do to other plans, I asked if they were open on Sundays but they said they were closed so hence the Monday appointment. Well they said they had sold it on Sunday but when I reminded them they were closed the back paddling started and Mr. Corely came out and said that he sold it to a family friend on Sunday. To try and make it up to me he asked his manager to get me a price on a brand new 2022 for 100.00 over invoice!! Ha Ha what a joke(except the joke was also on me). I would not waste my time going into this sub par business for anything much less a vehicle. There strategy was to get me in there and then be so kind as to sell me a vehicle at 100 over invoice the old bait and switch. If he would have said 100 over cost he would have had a customer... Unfortunately they don't care and are making money in spite of themselves. What a shame on how they treat people??

Outstanding service

The transmission on my 2018 Ford Focus Stopped working for the second time in the 9 months I owned it. The first time it was towed to a dealer in AZ. The second time it was towed to Ed Corley Ford Sales Inc. The difference between the AZ dealer and Ed Corley Ford Sales Inc. is the complete honesty and excellent service that I received at the later. Jonathan my service representative at Ed Corley Ford assured I had a loner vehicle the day I arrived to check my vehicle in for warranty repair. Their mechanics were able to diagnose the problem, submit it to Ford and begin the process of warranty repair within a day of its arrival in their shop. Due to the manufacturer inability to locate a new transmission and back order of parts to rebuild the repair and my loss of faith that either would resolve the issues with Ford transmissions I opted to trade in the Ford for another vehicle. Johnathon helped with that process by being available to answer dealers questions when they called him. I would highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchase.

Driving from Phoenix to Denver our van broke down

Our van broke down 35 miles from this dealership, service was close, luckily the manager Frank answered the phone and offered us to open the service gate to leave the van overnight, it was fixed the next day. We are giving him and the technician a 10 , thank you Frank, this dealership should be proud of having people like you.
