My Cadillac was hit in the rear & I brought it to the Body Shop for an estimate. The staff at Carter Chevrolet were very friendly and helpful,they even... told me how to file a claim with the Insurance co. So I brought the car back to them for repairs. It looked fantastic when they finished, could not tell anything had happened to it ! Thanks guys !
If you're considering purchase of a new Chevy, Carter Chevrolet is the place to do it! I found them through the AARP Buying Service (another positive... experience), one of several referred dealerships. Not only was Sales Consultant Jennine Watts the most personable and proactive respondent of the bunch; she also turned out to be the hardest-working car and most enjoyable salesperson I've ever encountered. The result: a 2019 Traverse in EXACTLY the color, trim, features and accessories my wife and I would have ordered from the factory. She found it at a dealership in Tennessee and had it on the Shelby lot in less than 24 hours. Closing the deal was a pleasure, too. Trade-in on an existing vehicle was fair, and F&I manager Greg Goode designed an upgraded protection package of nicely-priced, no-frills features that should keep our SUV nearly new for years to come. Mark Carter also dropped by during the process, and it was clear to me why he and his store are consistently top-rated in every Chevrolet customer service category year after year.
