Exceptional

The service here was exceptional. I went in knowing what I wanted, and I never felt pressured into anything else. The sales process was a breeze. Shannon was knowledgeable on all the info and walked me through from start to finish. Ian in finance helped me get my best possible deals and got it all set up. I was even contacted a few days after as a follow up to see how things were going with my new car and if anything else was needed. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle for themselves or a loved one.

Very Professional

I enjoyed my visit to the point that I may select a Ford next time around. I have been a GM/ Nissan driver for the last 30 years but this will change.

Great job Dusty Rose!

Dropped off a 2019 F350 for service. Mr. Rose made my appointment a couple days in advance and had a comparable 2019 F250 reserved while my truck was in for service. Communication was great! Attitude was great! Follow through was great! Mr. Hayes assisted with this process. Great job to both of them. And...as a side note...I don’t typically leave feedback UNLESS it is exceptional service. This team earned the feedback. Way to go and keep up the good work!

Exceptional experience

Bob Moore Ford was easily the best car buying experience I have had. I knew what I wanted when I walked on the lot and never once felt pressured Into anything else. Shannon in sales was extremely knowledgeable on all the info and walked me through each step of the purchase from start to finish. Was polite and personable the entire time. He even followed up a few says later to see how things were going with my new car and to see if anything else was needed. Ian in finance really went out of his way to ensure I was receiving the best deal and got it all set up for me. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a vehicle.

Awesome!!!

This is the only place that I bring my car to, the people are always Pleasant and I always have a great experience here and I will never take it anywhere else, and its always clean, the people here make you want ro come back.

Bought A Used Car That Was Wrecked

Bought a used car in 2017 from bob moore ford at the time of purchase I was told I’m the second owner no wrecks all good to go. I run a Carfax two years later it shows front end collision air bags deployed. Steve the (New Sales Manager) says we don’t use Carfax. Wreck was reported in 2013 after weeks of confirming it had been in a wreck from Carfax I finally get ahold of the GM at bob Moore ford. He tells me we use Carfax..... I said Steve told me you didn’t. I wanted the dealership to buy my car back. GM says yes I’ll give you what it’s worth in trade value.. I’m sorry but I had to pay a premium price in 2017 for a non wrecked car you swore wasn’t wrecked and now you just want to give me trade in value? There trying to xxxx me twice and not taking care of the customer. The GM says the dealership can’t loose money. But the customer can. I won’t ever go back. If you buy used from them double check the history.
