Excellent sales staff

Our sales rep actually listened to what we wanted and worked with our time issues. No pressure sales. Fair price for trade in. Never made it to the dealership we planned. Got a real good deal at bob moore

Quick and exact

We had two recalls on our Explorer. Talked to Josh and was told to just bring it to them at my convineience and they would get started on it first thing. Received a call that it was ready after three or four hours. That was quick. Very friendly and pleasant in the Service Department. Very pleased

I was out of state

I was out of state and my girlfriend found a vehicle that was affordable. Made a call and two days later paperwork had been signed and she went home with our new truck

Long Wait

I took my truck smoking to the dealer twice and on the third time i talked to the service supervisor before they said i had a problem and would fix it. It took over 10 weeks to get the parts in and 7 days to fix it. The second time i was in the service person said they checked it last time and said no problem and no need to check again. But supervisor said he had sent a message out about my problem and did not no why I was not taken care of. He got me with Josh and he got the thing going.

Airbag recall

After receiving a notice in the mail that my mustang had a double airbag recall, I called Bob Moore Ford. They quickly set my appointment. I took the car in and they took care of everything. They were super friendly and I appreciate that so much.

Best Service in 5 years of dealing with Ford.

Service was good. Curious why notes regarding corrosion around my battery connect was not mentioned since the notes state battery was tested. Only concern there is was it really tested? Other than that everything was great. I came in for an oil change and questions regarding a recall. My service guy Jeff Gann was extremely busy but was able to remain very friendly and take the time to offer additional services and unexpectedly took care of the recall. I will be returning within the next 30 days to complete the additional suggested maintenance. Thanks Jeff.

Good job
