Great customer service. I would send customers that way if anything needs to be done. The guy who shuttled me home was a great person to have in that spot.

Chad was an excellent service advisor and was always available if needed. I personally think he would be a great mentor for new employees in the shop area. Been going to bob Moore for years and will continue to do so without hesitation

Everyone at Bob Moore bent over backwards to accommodate us in our buying process. If anything was negative it just takes too long from beginning to end for the entire process but it was not my first time and I expected it but my wife had medical issues which created some concerns. Otherwise everything was great.

I drive out of my way to come to bring my car to you guys! Scott and Jeff are by far the epitome of excellent customer service and hard work. The whole crew is helpful and kind every time I come by. They all make sure my car is safe and well taken care of each time. I can’t imagine going anywhere else :)

Gary Baker was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with when buying my truck. He wasn't pushy, and worked with me to try and get a better deal. All of the staff were very friendly. I was overall happy with my experience, however I did discover some issues with the truck after the purchase that were not apparent during the test drive and looking over the truck prior to purchase. It would not have impacted my decision to buy the truck, but I would have requested the issues be addressed if I had been aware of them. I feel like a truck as new and lightly used as this shouldn't have problems.

Called at 7:45 am Friday, and got an appointment at 10:00 am. Got my Explorer back just before noon. Very good service. Will go there again.
