The Works Package & Ford Recall
Josh did a great job taking care of my Ford Explorer and explaining the recall process along with the battery corrosion issue. All maintenance completed in less than 1/2 day. The shuttle service is great too. I highly recommend Bob Moore Ford for any service needs. Just ask for Josh!

Warranty work

Not able to do what was needed
No Diesel mechanics available to work on my truck when I arrived at 7am on 7-31-19, 1 week out at best?? My Diesel engine light is on and I now have to go to another service center, all services to my truck have been done at this center. Also asked to have a technician look at my tailgate to see if they could get it to open and close properly, no technicians available at the time 17 vehicles ahead of mine?? Oil change, tire balance and rotation, all completed in a timely manner as normal. Not happy about the lack of experienced technicians
