Awesome

I actually drove almost 4 hours to do my business. Kermit my salesman did an awesome job, wasn't pushy which is important to me. I kinda feel like I made a new friend!!

Oil change.

Oil change done. Gave me a list of things needed including rear wiper blade. Was checked by running windshield washer and then the wipers. Left all the fluid on the windows. Could have at least wiped it off and left clean windows.

Well good service and well taken care of. Fast service this time around. Service person name Jeff answered all my questions . Good quality service also.. dropped it it off and real quick they got on it

Sales/Finance Great! Sales Management typical

The sales staff and finance manager definitely tried to go above and beyond for me; however, the sales management group did not. I negotiated my purchase with the sales person via text/email/phone call and paperwork was supposed to be ready upon my arrival to save time (I was toting my 19month toddler along and with kids you don’t have hours to play the “buy a car” game); it was not ready and the management team wanted to continue the negotiation game for 2 hours. The finance manager pushed paperwork quickly and efficiently and was very understanding of my now overly exhausted toddler. All in all I did purchase a new vehicle but would like to see a truly streamlined buying experience that doesn’t take 3+ hours after the test drive and purchase price have been agreed upon.

Great service

Needed a battery on short notice. Josh worked me in, and in about an hour I drove out, new battery installed. Great service, as always.

Great experience

Overall I had a very good experience at Bob Moore. Kermit was a pleasure to deal with and the atmosphere of the dealership was much more welcoming than many others I had gone to.

Buying a new car

I give Brittany the 5 stars because she was friendly and very helpful. She explained everything about the vehicle i was looking at and also gave other options as well. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to ask for her for sales because she did what it takes to get the job done and her customers happy.

Recall issue

They handled the recall issue in the time frame they promised. No issues or problems. I also discussed another issue and the coverage on my extended warranty. My issue was not covered,
