Best experience ever in purchasing a new vehicle!

Bob Moore’s Ford dealership is simply easy to do business with! Everyone from my initial inquiry with Alexandra about a new Transit van for sale to our salesman Kermit and Chad in finance. Break Service!

Scott, the service manager even offered me his truck to drive cause the shuttle was already gone. I appreciated that greatly! They have definitely earned my future business.

Very quick & relatively painless ($)

Talked to Chad the day before coming in to get another key/fob. Was treated very courteously when I arrived & was in & out in a little over an hour. Don’t remember the name of the young man that checked me in but he was very courteous.

Take car here if you can afford exorbitant prices to fix

Paid $135 to get a problem diagnosed. They quoted me $865 to fix something I can get the part for $20 and have a mechanic do on the side for free! Crazy

Had a recall on a 2013 Ford F-150. Jeff got me in and had my truck back there in no time and got me taken care of. I am always pleased with the way I get treated and I know my vehicle is in good hands

Too busy

They are wither way too busy or way too small to handle the load of work. It took 2 days to call me back about my vehicle. I figured it would take forever to fix it after they finally did call with a huge estimate. I paid the $135.00 estimate fee and took my car elsewhere.
