Very friendly and efficient
Print service, clean waiting room and bathroom. I was having recall work done on my vehicle however, when I had my oil change done. This is important too me because I will be purchasing a new truck in 22 months and because of the service I have received I will buy here.

Excellent experience
From the first greeting to the final bill I was treated respectfully and professionally. The work was done in a timely manner. Although I didn’t choose to complete all the suggested maintenance, my advisor was very understanding. I will definitely be back.

Honest guy and has wonderful customer service!
Chads customer service was spot on! I would recommend him to anyone! I got new tires and brakes put on, everything was done in a timely manner. Chad answered all the questions I had and he made tire shopping easy! I will be back for my future service!

Routine service, excellent service!
I brought my explorer in for some service recalls and decided to use Bob Moore based on a recommendation. Their service department exhibited outstanding customer service. They kept continual contact with me throughout the day and gave me reasonable expectations on when the car would be complete.
