Kept my new born safe

Right after bringing my new born home from the hospital my door redused ro close shut. I called to make an appointment and was told it would be a few days. I explained my situation and he told me to come in and he would squeeze me in. Having a new born who needed to get to dr appointments I really appreciate it.

Very good!

Everything was great. Just would have appreciated a call when you found out what was wrong so my ride wouldn't have had to sit at my house all day. Thank you for the great work and friendliness of everyone there.

Technician was very outstanding

I really thought that the service department was very professional and prompt the technician (Patrick) that did the work was great and really knew his stuff . The service manager to the courtesy driver was very nice and professional I would recommend Bob Moore’s services to everyone I know, Thanks Chad, Patrick and John.

Recall on 2016 Ford Explorer

We dropped off our 2016 Ford Explorer for a recall in the early morning, 7/9/19, and got the call to pick it up in the middle of the afternoon. According to Jeff, the Service Manager, everything went well in replacing recall parts. I’m well satisfied with how everything went.

Good work service Dept.

Was traveling from out of state. The service dept got me back on the road. Well Done, Service Dept. The failure was in the linkage between the shift lever and the transmission. 2015 Transit Connect. That is the sort of failure that should not have occurred. Dissatisfied with the Ford Van. Cost over $300.00 to get the linkage put back together. My Ford “extended warranty”. I purchase with the car did not cover the repair. No more Fords and no more dealer sold extended warranty’s. Dave Bash

Great service

I’ve been bringing my truck to Bob Moore since I bought it there in 2012. Jeff has always gone above and beyond. He is straightforward, fair, helpful and always takes the customers prospective into account. Keep up the good work.

I've been here a couple times now. I like coming here because ol Chad is pretty straight forward with me and doesn't xx me. All my stuff got fixed in a decent amount of time and pretty happy with the results...
