Service great, answers disappointing
Service was awesome. The problem is resistall. Was told its a third party in dallas and have to clean seats and call them. Easily could have been cleaned and given information. Why sell prdouct dont back

Great vehicle purchasing experience
Kermit Denton was extremely helpful during my visit to Bob Moore Ford. I found the vehicle of my choice with the help of the internet sales department and when I arrived at the dealership Kermit gave me the keys so I could go on a test drive. After my test drive Kermit explained the major features of the vehicle. Ian Farnham in the finance department was very helpful as well as he was able to offer me a better interest rate than my credit union had. After I completed financing, Kermit gave me a thorough walk around of the vehicle including explaining the features of the infotainment center. I highly recommend Bob Moore Ford to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle and ask for Kermit Denton III, he will assist you in any way he can.
