Purchase tires
I recently purchased tire for my 2010 Escape. My sales rep prov7ded me with 5 different options. There was no pressure to make the purchase. When I came in to have the new tires installed my rep was able to find a better deal on the same tires. Jeff and I have a good working relationship, which I appreciate very much.

New Truck Purchase
Good price without high pressure tactics. Looked at two vehicles I found online before I went to the dealership. Compared features and selected the one I wanted. On a cold wet night night everyone was friendly and readily answered my questions as they came up.

Just ok
When I have to advise the agent what he needs to check out on my vehicle then we got a problem. I was told that they had to do a diagnostic and would cost $135 however if they did the repairs it becomes part of the repair cost. However the story change when it was a battery and computer reprogramming. So I charged for the battery and diagnostic.

New car purchase
Kermit Denton III at Bob More Ford made my new car purchase a pleasure. I had already picked out my vehicle on the internet and when I arrived at the dealership Kermit met me and gave me the keys to the vehicle and I took the car for a test drive. I had my financing secured through a Tulsa credit union, but when it was time to complete the transaction I was told that the dealership had not received the wire transfer. Kermit assured me that they would figure out a solution to my problem. The finance manager was able to offer me a better interest rate than the credit union did, which made me very happy. After completing financing Kermit gave me a thorough walk around of the vehicle including explaining the infotainment center. I had a very positive experience at Bob Moore Ford and Kermit in particular. I highly recommend Bob Moore Ford to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
