GPS part

It took longer than expected but they did an excellent job. They had changed my oil and rotated my tires a week ago. Theat is where they discovered what was wrong with my gps.

Fantastic

I stopped in to service my work van, ended up driving away with a new F250. The sales team here is great. This is my 2nd truck to buy from Bob Moore Ford.

Impressive

Kermit was great to deal with and took charge of things quickly , and Jason acres helped me get narrow my search to his lot in the best manner , can’t thank them Both enough , love my new truck , I will definitely shop here again with these two gentlemen

Our 4th car we bought here!

Radio Issue

I was having a radio issue on my 2017 F150 and the service department at Bob Moore Ford did an excellent job at repairing it. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any of your service needs!

Very unsatisfying

The servicr advisor told me that in order for them to be able to fix an actuator on my vehicle they were going to have to remove the whole dash board and come to find out it was not even close to being true all i had to do was remove my radio and remove the old one it was more then 10 screws and took me no moore then an hour they jeff my advisor was charging me 500.00 plus parts worse experience ever

Oil changed

Oil change was supposed to be 30 minutes but took 2.5 hours. When I pulled up they should have mentioned they were behind schedule. They didn't give any update until I inquired after 90 minutes. Most people are understanding but you have to communicate.

I dont take my car anywhere else!

I truly love this place! I did get a diagnostic on my Transiit Connect and I asked for the printout. I ASKED FOR A COPY OF IT BUT I WAS ONLY GIVEN THE CODE THAT CAME UP THAT CAUSED THE SERVICE LITE TO COME ON. SInce I paid for it I felt I should have gotten the whole printout.
