Great Dealership

We’ve been looking at new cars for about a month. Went to Bob Moore this morning & drove off in a new car. Overall experience was excellent. Every person we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Low air pressure

Very long mess started with low air pressure! Filled air then left keys on roof of the car! The did all they could to find them! Finally after I had to go home and get title they replaced my key! So 11am to 5pm ! Next day saw the screw they missed on low air check! Took it back and tire was plugged! Crazy but Guys were all very nice Thanks!!

Aligning a 2017 F-150 body!

Bob Moore needs too contact me. I have drivers door still needs aligned. I’m hoping Chris will contact me, and get the drivers door aligned to better specs. Ford motor company needs better quality control techs.

Rebuilt engine

Had a rebuilt engine installed and the transmission fluid was not checked and the oil pan leaks. To replace the oil pan gasket will cost $1100.00 in labor after I just paid $12000.00 for an engine and install. I’m looking for a new ford dealer now.

20,000 mile checkup

Had my 2019 escape in for the 20,000 mile checkup. Since I travel for work couldn’t get back home to Houston for it. Bob Moore Ford was very professional in setting up a time for me. The waiting for it to be done was not long. Everything was checked and explain to me when the car was done by Jeff Gann. I’ll probably be back since I’m in OKC until December for the 25,000 and 30,000 mile checkup also. Thanks for doing a great job on getting me in and out on Tuesday morning without any problems.

Fixed an accident

They detailed my mustang and scratched the paint all up. But sent it to get fixed. Great job by the staff to get it in and out with a timely manner.

Two thumbs up!!

They made my new truck buying experience easy and seamless. Made the paperwork, financing and trade in logistics a snap. Introduced me to the service manager who spent ~ 15 minutes with me about how to take care of a Super Duty engine, pitfalls and frequent avoidable problems and about future potential service. I would definitely buy there again!
